If there is any aspect of your cleaning job you are unhappy with, please contact us within 7 days and we will cheerfully re-do part or all again at no extra cost.
If you like the job we do, please tell your friends.
If you dont, tell us and we'll do something about it.
Drying time will vary depending on type of carpet, weather and atmospheric conditions.
A low pile carpet on a breezy day will dry in 2 or 3 hours, while a thick pile on a damp day may take up to 24 hours.
Any follow up work is carried out on a "without prejudice" basis.
Terms of Payment : On Completion. Unpaid Accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.
